Sports physical therapy for athletes who aren’t done yet
Scottsdale, AZ · Virtual
From NFL training rooms to international figure skating competitions, I've spent my career keeping athletes in their sport — and getting them back to it faster when injury gets in the way.
Indianapolis Colts · US Figure Skating Medical Provider · EXOS Performance · Former Competitive Figure Skater
I've been on the sideline, in the training room, and on the ice
I started in college athletics at the University of Georgia, covering football, women's soccer, and track and cross country. Since then I've worked with the Indianapolis Colts, Phoenix Rising FC youth soccer, and EXOS, and I volunteer as a medical provider for US Figure Skating at international competitions.
I'm Megan Leftwich, PT, DPT, ATC — a sports physical therapist, certified athletic trainer, and former competitive figure skater based in Scottsdale, AZ.
Because I've been the athlete who doesn't want to sit out, I know how much getting back matters. Whether you play football or soccer, dance, do gymnastics, or skate — at the highest level or for the love of it — my job is to find what's driving your pain, rebuild how you move, and get you back to your sport with confidence.
Care built around your sport
Cash-pay means the full hour is yours. Sport-specific means your plan is built around what your sport actually demands — cutting and sprinting, jumping and landing, or turnout and extension. No double-booking. No arbitrary visit caps.
